BAYER FOR HER

Bayer Pharma team has unveiled an initiative called BayerforHer – which was born from the concern that many women, for a variety of reasons do not talk about their gynaecological health and associated challenges openly.
BayerForHer is an attempt to bring those #conversationsofcare to the forefront and encourage women to take them up with their doctors. 

The initiative has a series of actions that women can take, to help get those conversations started. To begin with, the team has introduced a self-evaluation tool, aimed at identifying heavy menstrual bleeding and endometriosis.

From curating the creatives to providing brand design solutions and implementing strategic campaigns, the team at PODS Solutions actively collaborated with Bayer to move this initiative forward via multiple media channels. Offline to online digital interventions were set in place, leveraging the expertise of top digital marketing companies, to make this campaign a success with healthcare professionals and, ultimately, the patients.

The entire campaign was also rolled out at the pharmacist level to drive direct patient awareness, with analytics tracking the campaign’s performance at various touch points. Additionally, specialised creatives for packaging and branding were developed, aligning with the best practices of a leading packaging design company to enhance visibility and impact.
